Local Progress was an attempt to create a civic tech nonprofit, which ultimately morphed into a nonprofit consultancy focusing on technology and social media strategy for small community organizations.
MHS97.org – 2005-2010
I built MHS97.org as an experiment to learn how to use Drupal, and also as a tool to facilitate planning my 10-year class reunion.
Political Projects – 2004-2006
As my interest in doing civic and political work on the web grew, I began to put out feelers for pro bono projects to gain some experience. These sites are the results of those efforts.
JaredDunn.org – 2003-Present
The front page of JaredDunn.org was an experiment in life data aggregation. This site as a whole works as sort of a museum of my experiments with different web technologies and design techniques over time.
Early Blogging and Design Work – 1997-2002
I was an early blogger, and participated in the communities that would later spawn social media and much of the online world we take for granted today.
